    Was there for one night, location was absolutely perfect and particularly good, just off Istanbul for tourism, ISTANBUL and a modern Emaar square mall. Plus, Emaar Aquarium was located in the immediate surroundings. Had good sleep at the double room with a bottle of water from front desk...

    The location made it easy to enjoy a lovely stroll to the nearby Emaar Square Mall in less than a 5-minute walk and explore the green spaces of Kucuk Camlica Korusu, just a 15-minute stroll away. The service provided really catered to every need. The hotel is perfect for solo travelers who prioritize a comfortable and elegant atmosphere, though it can be a challenge getting there if you're coming from the European side.

    great experience but small room

    I enjoyed the thoughtful service from the staff who were always eager to assist with any inquiries. The concierge offered excellent guidance, particularly for discovering the fine panoramas on the hotel's top floor. The spa on the 11th floor was a serene escape that enhanced my overall stay.     The staff was very nice! Ayshe, our cleaner, treated us like we were royalty, folding our clothes and keeping everything so organized. And the surprise gifts for my partner's birthday? Totally unexpected.

    The airport shuttle service carries a hefty 250 Euros charge, especially considering taxi options are also pricey and scarce on weekends or rainy days. The breakfast choices disappointed, particularly for those with dietary restrictions, offering limited options for gluten and dairy intolerances. The mini bar removal request incurred a charge. The beds didn't meet my comfort expectations, leaving me less than rested after eight nights.
